Smashed Burger

The Lizse burger is not an ordinary burger. Our burger is a smash burger where we press the meat patty flat on a hot grill and spice it up with sautéed onions right at the beginning of the cooking process. This creates a special, crispy, caramelized crust on the surface of the meat while keeping the inside juicy.

We then serve it with extra toppings, melted cheddar cheese, and our signature sauce in an extra soft potato bun. One of their burgers, the Rockefeller, has received the "Country Burger" award, which we could also taste in its smash version.
